- Delivery policy
For print orders, our team will process your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the payment requested when ordering. Orders received after 6 p.m. will be processed the following working day. We ship the prints in small (10x15cm) and medium (20x30cm) format by La Poste protected in glassine paper then inserted in a cardboard envelope to protect them. You will receive shipping confirmation by email as well as the tracking number.
Large PVC photo paintings (60x40cm) require longer processing (10 working days) and are shipped by Colissimo with tracking number.
We do not provide deliveries during public holidays.
Delivery time for France: 1 to 3 days
For Europe: 2 to 5 days
For the French Overseas Territories: 4 to 7 days
For the rest of the world: 7 to 10 days
For the purchase of a large format PVC board outside the European Union, you will probably have customs fees to pay upon receipt.For large print orders shipping outside European Union, you will have probably custom fee to pay at your shipping agent.
The shipping is free for Europe and worldwide. - Are you having a problem with your order? Contact us here and view our full returns policy. Refunds and exchanges are possible within 30 days from the original order date.
- For the purchase of a photo in digital format and its license, you will receive instantly after your order the link to download the photo by email and on a website page. Give it a try with this free cat photo!
- After the transaction, you will receive confirmation of your purchase by email including the invoice for your product.
